The Tecnam P96 Golf 100 is a two-seat, all-metal low wing ultra-light aircraft with fixed undercarriage built by Tecnam. Costruzioni Aeronautiche TECNAM S.r.l., Capua, Italy, was founded in 1986 by the Brothers Luigi and Giovanni Pascale (formerly Partenavia). Tecnam entered the MLA-market with the P92 Echo. The P92 Echo first flew in 1992, and its low-wing variant, the P96 Golf made its maiden flight in 1996 and entered the market in 1997. Two variants of the P96 Golf were build in the period 1997-2006: the Tecnam P96 Golf 80 powered by a 79.9 hp Rotax 912 UL and the Tecnam P96 Golf 100 powered by a 98.6 hp Rotax 912 ULS engine. The Tecnam P96 Golf variants are in use as well as an Microlight touring and training aircraft.
